XMT Glaze Question

I my guess is we don't pay for water so the association doesn't want to have to pay a bigger bill which they would if everyone washed their car. Besides it being so hot and humid right now if I soaked down the car I wouldn't be able to get it washed and dried fast enough. Its hard enough to wash the car right now because its so hot.

I totally understand about the heat and sun. I want to install a bright light above my garage so I can start detailing when the sun goes down, and continue on until I'm done.

well... home depot, lowe's, sears, etc etc have cheap halogen light stands for like 30 bucks. 2 500w bulbs on each stand. they get pretty hot, but the light they put out is great.
