Does anyone have a technique for removing those pesky nostril nuggets from the underside of seats?

Yep, first call the customer to let them know that there will be a surcharge for biohazard remediation. Then spray the hazard with straight OPC, let dwell, spray again, and then wipe away.

That won't discolor the fabric?

Did this vehicle's boogermeister-owner actually have the hutzpa to ask you to remove them as part of the mutually negotiated detailing package?

Unless certified for hazardous waste remediation:
I wouldn't touch them, or detail any other part of this vehicle...
a vehicle that's, evidently, owned by an artist that's quite adept at finger-painting with the contents of their nose.

A person gotta "nose" their market!!

I've never used OPC straight on fabric before. However, I'd venture to guess that if you pre soaked first with water and then wiped followed by another water soaking, there shouldn't be any discoloration. Steam would also be a great choice.

Unfortunately in this case the artist is a child who was in my personal vehicle.

It's not a big deal, I just figured if anyone had an answer it'd be someone on this forum

Your child?
If so: you've dealt with worse, no doubt.
If not: get its parents to do the deed.

Yeah "it" belongs to me LOL so I'll be handling this myself, just unsure of the best approach. Is APC going to be my best bet? I'm hesitant to spray Simple Green on my seats. No real reason, it just doesn't strike me as something that'd be good for the fabric.

I'd say you'll be safe to use diluted APC without any issues. If your really that concerned about the colorfastness of the upholstery, just stop in an an auto parts place and grab a spray bottle of upholstery spot cleaner.

Saline solution will dissolve boogers. I have a 14 month old daughter, she gets a snotty nose on several occasions. They make these wipes called Boogie Wipes, that are nothing more than saline solution in a soft wet wipe.

Try that, should be pretty safe.

"Boogers" are simply dried nasal mucus or "snot." Nasal mucus is comprised of simple sugar chains, proteins, and water. Rehydrating the dried mucus with distilled water or a saline solution like someone else suggested should allow the offending matter to be wiped away. A bit of agitation with a brush may ease the removal.
