From Megs (via FB post): To all our friends experiencing the extreme cold weather that's gripping a large part of the USA, we want to remind you that a hard freeze will ruin virtually all compounds, polishes, waxes, sealants and other such products. If you currently store your detailing supplies in your garage it's probably a good idea to bring them inside and away from freezing temps this time of year
Just incase you didn't know, thought I would post this for you.
Showin' love from the Anti Freeze state, Florida.

If you say anti-freeze then why is Orange County under a freeze warning for tonight? j/k I am alot further south and it is going to be cold here. I can imagine it would be colder. I can not imagine the 30-40 below temps. Everyone stay warm.

Been wondering about this topic...I've been out of town and have returned to GA where temps have gotten below freezing at times. How can I tell that my products may be ruined? As far as I'm aware it's been in the 30's and below at night. (I'm a Miami boy so definitely NOT used to this weather)

Since investing so much into the products I have, I've always kept mine in the house. Along with the garage being mine, I've taken over a closet shelf for all my products lol

Just two hours west of Memphis, TN, temps down to 11*F this morning, calling for the same tonight. I brought my polishes, compounds, swirl removers, wax and sealants in mid-November.
My In-laws are getting slammed in Indianapolis area, lucky them, heated garage and a generator to keep power going.

I have 2 thermometers set up at opposite ends of the garage. Lowest it has gotten is 45 when it was single digits. It stays around 50-60 most the time depending on the outside temp. Garage is not heated but about 80% underground, which creates a natural insulation.
