I would like to know if any geeks live in the Roanoke Va area . Im tring to meet new people with a passion for detailing in may area .

I spent the first 16 years of my life in Hillsville, Carroll County VA. I have been on the Eastern Shore since 1998. I do miss the mountains on occasion.

Good friends of ours live in Fancy Gap. Some of the best views in the country.

Hi, I'm in the Roanoke area too. I have been a member for a while but haven't posted on here before. I don't do much detailing, I mainly do paint corrections after someone else has cleaned the vehicles. Good to know you are in the area!

It started as a hobby, just working on our vehicles and then I got addicted to auto geek (shocking, huh?) and spent hours and hours reading the forum and watching Mike's videos. My husband would flip if he knew how much $ I have spent on AG...lol. Now, I'm getting enough referrals to stay busier than I had planned. So to answer your question, I guess it's a part time business just trying to earn enough to support my AG habit. Is most of your business in Salem or do you go to places like Smith Mountain Lake, Vinton, etc?

Mobile so I go anywhere in are area and some outside . It hard to find pther people in are area that have a passion and love for detailing.
