Has anyone ever used micro restore as a buffing pad cleaner, I was thinking putting some in a spray bottle use it like you woud use xmt cleaner. Also, does anyone use something other than xmt pad conditioner, I have heard that you could use just water, but i figured xmt might be a little better, what do you guyz prefer and/or think works the best? Thanks guyz.

I use and love micro restore on pads, but I use it in the washer. Matter of fact, I have another bottle on order I do not even need yet because of the sale that is on.
I am sorry I can't be more help, but I think it is a terrific product!

i think your best bet would be to get the pad slightly damp with water. usind some thing like a qd, can mess with the product you are trying to apply. i gusse you could try the clay lube.
