Guess we're all up, I just got off the phone with some clients....at 2 am http://www.cadillacforums.com/forums/images/smilies/dizzy.gif ....and have to go in the office tomorrow at 6 to start some stuff early b/c I have a meeting with some poeple that is gonna kill my time tomorrow. God I'm tired lol, might as well stay up since if I sleep for a couple hours I'll be more tired.

Anybody else feel less tired going 24 hours, instead of sleeping like 3 hours lol?

Something that I know well. I worked shift work for years and tried what you're talking about each way. I always felt better with a few ZZZZ. I'd rationalize that if I got 6 hrs. for the day (24 hr period) it could be 2 here, 3 there, however choppy and I'd still be OK. The all nighters would cause me to crash sometime the next day.

I'd take the 3 hrs vs going 24hrs +. Its not like youre going to sleep exactly after 24hrs. More like 30hrs, right? If you're reading this, now you only have 2 hrs. I'll probably be up and just going to bed when you're ready to go. Still 10:00pm here in Hawaii. I got home about 8 from today's customer, a Black Escalade! Started at noon!

To the contrary, it is a sacrament we too often neglect.
