Can anyone give me some reasons on why I am loosing absorbency on my $20-$25 drying towels. I:


use hot water
wash separately (no clothes)
wash all mf at once
no softener or bleach
only hang dry

can someone HELP PLEASE.

Wash warm or cold
Use vinegar as fabric softener
And dry at medium heat

Consider that when its cold out you lose absorbency.

Much harder to do everything in colder weather; including drying a car.

This is assuming of course that you JUST started noticing this.

Wash warm or cold
Use vinegar as fabric softener

This will remove any oils or deterrent that is still in the fibers. This is probably your issue if you notice the towels just pushing water around.
