Cleaning/storing coating pads

How do you guys clean and store the pads you use to apply spray on sealants or coatings?

I have a 2 gallon pail with Microfiber cleaner in it. I toss them in for a day or so then rinse them out

I store my pads in various Rubbermaid type containers but without the lids on the container. Try to let the air circulate.
