I know the quality of tools can vary between companies enough that at any price it wouldn't be worth it. With that, my local Walmart has this set on clearance for $7. Is this a stay away or at $7 you can't go wrong product?
They also have this Meguiars set. It is $22.98 or something like that, at what price does it become a can't pass up deal?
