Has anyone had any problems taking out scratches from a carbon fiber roof? What are some of your suggestions? Thanks in advance.

That is clear coated just like the rest of the paint on the car.

As always, start with the least aggressive method.

The hood may not be clear coated. It may just be the resin that the CF is in. Either way, be careful not to let the area heat up. If you do it will cause a "milky" appearance to the resin. (I know from experience)

If it's not clear coated, you're screwed. If it is, polish it just like you would paint.

Steady as it goes when taking out scratches from CF.

Over-reduction of the CC paint film-build on CF components will exponentially increase
the chances of UV damages happening to the underlying CF-resins earlier than expected.

The least, least, very least aggressive method first.
Some CC that's applied on some CF is cheaper than others.
The good stuff is ~$5-6,000.00 a gallon!!

Is the CF-roof still under warranty?

Question, how would you dictate wether the hood is just a resin or is actually clear coated? Is there a way to tell the difference similar to how you can differentiate between BC/CC vs SS?

Are you sure it's actually carbon fiber? It looks like a vinyl decal to me.

All M6's come from the factory with a carbon fiber roof. It is the real deal.

Not under warranty, but I used Blackfire SRC compound with Flex 3401 and Cobra Cross Groove. That did the trick. Thanks everyone!

Must have missed where an M6 was mentioned.
