Down at the parents house for the holiday, and realized they have not washed or touched the C43 since the last time I was down, maybe 3 - 4 months ago!
Decided to take sometimes and do the exterior. The paint is pretty swirled and has a lot of little rock chips. I only had Meguiars Ultimate compound with me, but it helped a bit.
Steps
Wheels:
Ardex Wheel Cleaner (great stuff and cheap locally!)
Ardex Tire and plastic trim (another product I really like from them. It seems to last a good while and will not run if applied properly)
Clean tires prior with an Meguiars APC+
Body:
2 bucket wash with Ardex Mega Foam soap. (pretty happy with the sudds this soap produced)
Speedy Prep Nano Cloth + Chemicals Lubber
Orange Hex pad with Ultimate Compound
Red Hex pad with Blackfire Ultimate Paint Protector (love this stuff)
Black Hex Pad with colonite 845 wax
Dressed the faded trim with Ardex vinyl and plastic trim dressing.
