So last wheel I posted on another forum the opinion on Costco
Microfiber towels. General consensus was great value, just not for paint. So I stumbled on a local company Microfiber tech in San Diego. I emailed them asked if I could order and pick up myself to save on shipping. They replied that they were not set up for retail, however if I made an appointment they would help me out.
So today Ian calls me and says they will be there and to come on down.WOW, I met Dan and he takes me back to the warehouse and shows me every towel, mitt, applicator, etc they have. Then he insists I take a sample of almost every different type of towel
They have, from 360, 800, 1100, glass etc. So cool, he even gave me wood floor cleaning towels, pole and cleaning products.
This was CUSTOMER SERVICE at its best.
