Is this the end of the Little Green Machine from Bissell? Rug Doctor is now selling a portable spot cleaner designed to compete directly with Bissell's spot cleaners for $170.

The Rug Doctor Portable Spot Cleaner sports a powered scrubbing brush and "2X the suction of its competitors". Really? Twice not much is still not much :-0

Looks promising...from the video looks like a solid unit. The head looks beafier with more bristles. Competition is a good thing.

I checked the user manual and it calls for adding "hot tap water" and being able to use it right after plugging in, so I would say it doesnt heat the water.
