Do you think I can fix this?

Looking for some advice on a car I just bought. The car is a Mazda 3s with a near perfect paint job other than these previously marred scratches. They don't look fresh, in fact maybe even previously polished.. Now I never noticed the scratches immediately off the lot, but am wondering how bad I'm looking with these and can they be fixed without a respray.

The body shop can.

That I know, which is why i'm trying to find an alternative. I was hoping to avoid them as their probable solution would be to just re spray the bumper.

Fixed without a respray? NOT! That's going to require some plastic welding, some sanding and filling, primer, and of course a new bumper respray. Sad but true. ;)
