What are some successful referral programs that you guys have used in the past? I don't deal in exotics so there isn't really a circle of people that refer me to all of their buddies.
I'm looking to build a solid referral program that will motivate everyday 'I need my minivan cleaned' type clients as well as higher end clientele.
Looking forward to hearing what has worked for others.
