Quick question. One of my clients recently purchased another used limo for his business. The white vinyl on the roof of the car is really dirty, the dirt is really set in. Looks like it hasnt ever been taken care of. I tried cleaning it with but the dirt is so set in it's insanely hard to get clean.

any suggestions on what to use to get it nice and white again?

Make sure these products can be used on vinyl. DP total interior cleaner and/ or Folex.

I second the use of cyclo brushes. I use them for dirty interior leather and vinyl and it works very well.

"Amazing Roll Off"? Haven't opened it and used it myself yet, but folks are saying good things about its cleaning. Another to consider is Lexol Vinylex.
Lexol Spray Vinylex Protectant protects vinyl seats and panels made of rubber, plastic, and vinyl. (http://www.autogeek.net/lexsprayvin.html)
