KAIO then Opti Seal?

Is Kaio followed by opti seal a usable combo?

I know KAIO is a chemical cleaner/non abrasive/ acrylic base but would opti seal bond to it?

Or does opti deal only bond to bare paint?

And wolfgang liquid seal, same questions?

Opti Seal bonds well to their version of KAIO, Poli Seal. However, OPS has a polymer sealant unlike KAIO which is acrylic.

Does polymer not bond to acrylic then?

It will be fine, I use Jeff Werkstat Prime Strong to clean the paint and it's like KAIO (updated version of KAIO actually). All sealants have bonded just fine over it.
