My daily driver is a 2009 Black Jeep Wrangler. In an attempt to clean it up and prepare it for the winter I was thinking about the following:

Wash
Tar-x (if needed)
Iron-x
Clay
Wash
Poorboys black hole show glaze
Collinite 845

I know I have a lots of minor scratches and swirls; but due to what I have on hand or comfortable doing I am saving that task until spring.

Is there anything else you'd recommend? Any advice on the black hole or Collinite? I'll be performing all of this by hand for now.

Looks like a good process. My advice on the Coll 845 would be to keep it thin. Using a DA it is very easy to overapply. You can probably do a whole hood and roof just from priming the pad. From there you only need 1 pea size dab per panel. I just did my CRV and applied it by hand with a basic yellow foam applicator. One pea size drop per panel and it went on nice and thin and wiped off with ease after about 45 minutes haze time.
