Gtechniq EXOv2 how to apply

So a new customer drop off his car for a 1 step tonight and brought me Gtechniq EXOv2. I have never used this product and wanted to know is it any different applying than Opti-Coat and can I use a foam applicator to apply. I watch some videos on it just want to hear from people who use this product.

My only tip would be to use a microfiber applicator (I used the cube from GTechniq) and it made the product go on so much smoother and I used barely any product. For my car, I only used about 5mL or less! Now, I do have a convertible but still!
