Finally got my jar of 180 in the mail yesterday (hats off to meghan) And it smells like grapes. So I was very anxious to get it on a car. Also wanted to try out LS. So two great waxes, two nice cars. You decide...

Methodology:

Handwash RL shampoo w/ wax: White/Yellow Shcmitt
Stoners Tarminator (325)
Cyclo blue finishing pad and LS on X5 and 180 on 325
RL exterior tire and trim via green body brush
RL QD for final wipe, door jams and wheels
SIG, WW

Thoughts on 180:

This stuff was a dream to apply, thanks to the cyclo. And a dream to buff off. As you can tell I smeared some on the pads, worked it in a little and flipped the switch. I did half the car before smearing some more to do the other half. I let it sit for about 30 mins before buffing off. I even ran in over the headlights to give some added protection. When I got the 325 outside and the sun actually came out.... boy howdy it was shining... and it made the flakes pop at ya... like 3-D. This stuff is awesome. I was not a fan of paste, but you gotta get some of this stuff. Great for a topper, or in my case, was the only thing put on. The customer showed me a kit she got from BMW and I told her the stuff I used was 10x better than what was in that kit. Of course when I washed the car, water sheeted off, so no wax. Car was bought in Dec. 06. So anyway, 180..... better get some.

Very informative info Dust2Glory. Both vehicles look great.

Thanks for sharing....oh question for you, have you tried the Edge pads with your Cyclo? Just wondering.

brother im not investing any more money into pads for the cyclo. altogether i have about 50 sets of pads, ranging from blue and yellow wools pads, to yellow, green blue and white foam pads. i've said on other posts, when I get my UDM it sill be strictly for correction and my cyclo will be for glaze/wax/sealants

i really like both the LS and the 180. not sure one out does the other. but definately like both... maybe you can fill me in to what LS is better applied to, light or dark... metallic or non?

Yea, I noticed it's quite easy to build a collection of pads. I don't have as many as you but I have some that I haven't even taken out of there begs hahahaha...thanks for sharing buddy.
