hey guys,

ever since getting a white car I always run into this problem after I use Meguiars Lambs wool Wash Mitt washing my car and then rinse off I always has dirt left over on the doors.

never had this problem on other color cars before...is it because of my wash mitt or should I quickly rinse after using wash mitt?

thanks

What is your wash process?

Are you using a 2 bucket wash method?

Do you have have grit guards?

How often are you rinsing you wash mitt?

Hmmmmm, I have a white truck and find it easy to wash, always comes out clean unless I go without washing it for along period of time.
Last time it was so dirty I had to wash it twice.
I make sure to have a good sealant on it,that way nothing bonds to the paint.
How often do you wash it?

The only time I had trouble with my white truck was when I went like 8 months without washing it...

But even then I still got it clean, just took a little longer...

When I had a white WRX it was hard to keep autogeek clean I would see little spots and not 100% clean all the time even after washing it using some ZAIO always cleaned it right up though

Yes I use 2 bucket wash method with grit guards.

After washing each panel I rinse the wash mitt.

No I didn't miss it, just after rinsing it I can see left over dirt.

Use a cleaner wax to remove the remaining dirt.

It has nothing to do with your car being white

Yeah, it's stained paint. Any color car can and does become stained if it's neglected. You just see it because there's white
paint under the stains.

Use a cleaner wax to remove the remaining dirt.

Really quick and easy solition.. :iagree:

If you want to get it really white, try rubbing it down with DG501. I've used and recommended it for cars, trucks and RV's without a disappointment. Works on any color, but it's especially noticeable on white.
