today was my 1st attempt in using the pc. i got to mess with a 2003 black boxter thats pretty messed up. i used polish from chemical guys with an orange then blue pad(i 4got the name of the polish) i only did 1/2 the trunk as a test....

there still is some light swirls that are still there, any tips?\

not really knowing the product and pad combo your using I would slow down and try another pass and see it that helps out at all.

Other than that, you seem to be doing pretty well thus far. Its hard to really screw stuff up with a PC.

the bottle says 1.5 grit if that helps

I would say that is still a pretty light polish than, not bad work considering. Do you have any other polishes?

i have another finishing polish. any suggestions? the paint is in terrible condition, deep scratchs and tons of swirls

Not bad for a first attempt. Nothing like some dirty water spots. I think the Vette Princess Lauren should get one of those license plate frames.

I highly suggest moving to the Menzerna line of polishes, you will be impressed guaranteed. FP or Nano polish are perfect offerings for the black beauty.
