I'm 14 and I like detailing cars. I am trying to get more customers and they say I will call you but they never do and tips on trying to get them to let me wash there cars?

Definitely age I'm sure. You are just taking about washing? Maybe offer to do it for free to show them your work. Then if they are happy they will let you, plus they might refer other people. An initial freebie may turn into paid jobs.

make a video of your wash method and talk through each step on the video and why you do it that way. Email to your potential customers. For example, they say they will call you, you say, can I email you my wash video so you know my process and special techniques. If you do rinseless washes also, do a separate video of a rinseless wash.

When they watch a video, they are going to pay more attention to the techniques you are walking them through vs. how old you are. My opinion.
