MF = MicroFiber pads. Meguiars, Lake Country, Optimum, Chemical Guys and B&S are a few that produce them. Meguiars seems to have a good reputation.

What kind of car/paint?

I find Meg's 205 to be the most universal polish--it works well on 90% of paints. I might suggest having both MF polishing pads (I prefer the Meg's) and some foam to vary the effect.

toyota rav 4 blue

I'm not sure about the blue paint, but I was able to knock out some pretty good swirls on my wife's crimson Toyota Highlander using nothing but Meguiars Ultimate Polish and a foam polishing pad. The paint seems to be pretty soft.

Wolfgang twins anyone? Sonax PF would be another good selection.
