Are you talking about Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze (KHGSG)?
If so...
It's not a glaze. That's just Klasse's nomenclature for this product.

KHGSG is actually an acrylic sealant.

And as far as "filling/hiding" goes...
As Mike Phillips has stated before (and I'll be paraphrasing):
'If a product doesn't take away something, it's probably adding something'!

:)

I use KSG now and I love it. I don't fill that it fills anything but gives a nice shine and good protection. I spread wax over it and my car feels and looks awesome.

Klasse SG (silver bottle) is pure acrylic protection. (ie synthetic paint sealant) --- no filling

I never top it. KSG leaves a very slick finish on it's own. I've found on dark colored cars a carnuba can add a slight amount of depth but it seems shirt lived

Straight and to the point, no big words needed and well said killerwheels. That said, not sure why so many companies mislead their customers, its really something that should be looked into.

You can keep topping SG with itself wait 12-24 hours between layers.

You can top KSG with any of your favorite LSP's but like posted earlier, you can top KSG w/ itself after waiting 12 hrs, especially the 2nd coat of KSG, really makes a difference!

OK, I understand about multiple coats, but what about a redo in 6 months? Do you just wash carefully and put another coat on or do you have to remove the layer that is there (and if so, how?)

Klasse should last longer than six months closer to eight to a year, however I've noticed that shine takes a beating (for me at least non
garaged). Just playing with Nanoskin Hydro Express to see if it would give a pop to old Klasse and WOW! The car shined as much as the day I originally applied Klasse. So far the shine has held up better than Klasse alone but due to HE not having UV protection I doubt it will extend the Klasse layer.

I would just do a polish out in 6 months and re apply or if you don't want to do that, then use dawn soap to get the wax off your car and any oils and then re apply Klasse.

To reapply clean, just polish Klasse All In One to remove the previous Klasse layers and dirt built up on the paint. Then apply fresh Klasse Sealant.

I definitely recommend sonus acrylic spritz. It will help boost the shine. I use it after every wash/rinseless wash.
