Had the chance to detail one of my favorites cars, Audi A5! The car is well maintained, it had minor swirls, some RIDS.
It was polish with Menzerna FG 400 and Buff n Shine cutting microfiber pad. Tires were dress with Opti Bond. Trim with Adam Super VRT.

Turned out nice for a one step. The metallic helped hide the haze from compounding. I like the look of those A5s. Was that clear hard?

Yes, I tried with a medium foam pad, but could not get the correction that I wanted. I advice for a two step process, but was out of the budget. The important thing is the client was very happy after seen the car.

Very nice work!

I could be wrong, but I didn't think FG400 was an AIO? Did you top it with anything afterwards?

Nice work.

What was the LSP?

Amazing results !!

Sorry I am still learning my way around here and around detailling. One quick question , after using the FG400 would you not finish it off with something like a PF2500 or SF4500 ??

Typically, but like the OP said, it was out of the budget.

And from what I believe, FG400 does not offer any type of protection as it's a compound that finishes down almost LSP ready. So is there no protection on it??

Thank you for the complements.

Yes FG 400 is a compound, but finishes very good even y black paint!

The LSP is Auto Finesse Tough Coat.
