Hey guyz, here some pics of the soon to be show truck I have been talking about. It still in the process of being finished and I have somehow detail it were it sits. Thankfully its just dusty not dirty, waterless wash all over. I hope to have it clean by this weekened

Like I said its not finished, just imagine.

These pics were taken at eye level.

The tire on the left is the factory tire and the tire on the right is 44", which is only temporary, its getting 54" tires on 20s"

This is the 54" tire that will be going on, the rim in the picture is not the rim that will be on it, but this was just for reference, its a 22"

Here is some suspenion pics, 17" air ride, meaning it will up and down, i think the kit cost in the 10,000 dollar range, maybe more. After all is said and done th total lift should be over the 20" mark.

Here are some pics of my buddy who is actually doing the truck. This is a real good idea of just ow freakin big it is.

And of course, the condition of the paint I have to clean.

fender flares... and big ones

Yep, he s doing big cut out fender flares. Kinda sucks to have to cut the fenders of a brand new truck, but its gonna need it.

That's big...I'm sure I can walk underneath it :D

That thing would be a paint to detail if you ask me..you would need a bunch of laders everywhere. It's going to look wicked though.

Thanks for sharing.

I know, its gonna suck doing it, but at least its inside, the biggest problem is keeping each section clean after I polish it, since I'll be doing over a few days. At least cleaning all the under side will be easy.

People have mentioned using Pinn Souv. Spray to keep the truck clean during the show, but I don't have the time to get any so what qd would be good to use that I could find locally or already have, I have Megs. Final Inspection and PB SG, I was also thinkg DG aquawax was a good idea, and I was wondering if I could find that anywhere locally.

Ive heard people say that duragloss products are available at nappa. You could prob call a few local and ask.

Thats an awesome truck man.
Maybe to make detailing it easier, and if there was time, you could put those stocker tires/wheels on and drop the airbags all the way. Then you would just need a small stepstool for the hood, and you could stand in the bed for the cab roof and higher stuff...

good luck cant wait to see it finished and shiny

You can get DG at carquest and some Napa stores.
