New car cigarette smell... Help

My dad Got a new to him ford crew cab truck that the previous owner used as an ash tray. Has cloth seats and carpet holding in all the smokey yuck. What is the best way to get rid of the smell?

He's just out of Sacramento and Roseville, does anyone know of a good detailer that could help?
