Hello

I have these windshield wiper fluid stains. They look like type 2 water spots and of course I am hoping that they are not..
Is there any hope for removing or at least in minimizing them or is there just polishing that would fix it.

You should be able to make them better, if not completely remove them. Try a Polish first, if it don't work try a compound.

At the moment I don't have a polish but the thing with the least cut that I have right now is some Scratch x. I'd likely be working by hand as well..

Those don't look bad at all, I'm sure Scratch-X will make quick work of them.

I would try a very light cleaner wax/polish. I get the same spots and poli-seal, hd-speed, or any other AIO/light polish or cleaner works well.

Thanks, I'm going to try some Scratch-X next. Is there any particular or different way I should apply it?

Glad to see that I am not the only one to get these windshield wiper fluid stains. For no rhyme or reason one will appear a couple of times a year. I use Pinnacle XMT's Final Finish Instant Detailer to remove them.
