It's that time of year to prep my cars for winter. Would love to get some input on my process. Wash-Clay-Wash Wolfgang swirl remove-Wolfgang finishing glaze-Wolfgang sealant, then a application of good wax(not sure on brand). Any feedback will be welcome. Thank you

For wax, look no other then Collinite.
Two coats of Collinite 915... That's it.:dblthumb2:

I'd recommend:
wash-ironX-clay-polish-eraser-sealant (or better yet a coating). The wax would be an optional step to perhaps change the look of the sealant, but its not going to prolong the life of the sealant, which is a myth. LSPs start to degrade as soon as they are applied, whether topped or not.

The idea that the top-most layer sacrifices itself first, then the layers underneath start to degrade only after the top layer is gone...is not true. ALL layers start to degrade together because chemically that is how it works....HOWEVER the layering myth does sell more product.

I'd take it one step further...topping a sealant or coating can actually take AWAY from its characteristics.

Collinite 845 gets my vote for a topping wax going into winter. :xyxthumbs:
