Hi all,
would like to share my first time detailing a supercar (killer) here. Hope the rest is coming :)
Story: this car belongs to an older friend. He used to have evo and sti. this time he bought this car and kinda asked me to come for a spin. I said sure! might as well detail it. I offered a coating package before this car goes to track. So we arranged a day. the cloud was kinda on and off, so no sun shot. the sun went full when i was washing the car though LOL
Process:
started at 10am and finished at 6pm

it was hard to capture defect on a pearlescent white paint. here is the best shot i got.

application of ArtDeSicko Silica Coating. It is a hybrid coating the provides up to six months durability. not the best in durability department, but you can't simply beat the wet look and depth it gives.

wiping the coating off the wheel. it is kinda an oily substance. you feel like applying olive oil on the paint. when you wipe it off, it streaks for 3-4 seconds and the streaks vanish. i guess it's just the characteristic of it. you can simply top it off with another layer immediately or play with wax.
