Auto geek changed my life. I was an over the counter detailer until I ordered a bottle of Collinite 845 from AG last winter. I applied this over NXT and love what its done to my black Dakota . Deep shine ,wet look , its great. No longevity issues like NXT.
My bottle of 845 is almost done and I was going to order more but I saw that there is also Collinite 915 Marque d'elegance and Collinite 476 Double Coat.
Is one any better than the other. I like 845 but wondered if something more auto specific will be even better. I usually wax every 3-4 weeks in the summer.
Thanks for the advice.

the best deal is the 885. it's the same as 476 but much more economical.

With Collinite you don't have to wax but every 6 months!! 915 has more carnauba than the rest of collinites line.

I have 915...855..and 845..and to me 915 has the best look ..it is thier highest carnauba content wax...with collinite waxes you will not have to wax every 3-4 weeks..they last and keep the look...you may just want to spruce it up weekly with the SOV spray wax or ClearKote's QuikShine....they both do well on wax to add some Zump..

Now on the 915 the can has a small opening and it is kinda hard to get the applicator in it..but you get the knack of it...use a damp applicator also ..it helps get it on thin...trust me you want it on thin..it will be a bear to remove..if you get it thick use a qd to help remove it...

I have only tried 915. It looks very good but I didn't think it when on or came off quit as easy as some of the other excellants paste waxes on the market.

915 is for the best looks and good longetivity (3 months+).
476S is for good looks and best longetivity (4 months+).

Between the two I'd say 476S is a must, 915 is optional.

I used 915 over klasse in the winter of 05..it lasted well all winter...the paint had more of the wax bead than the sealant bead....very durable...I just used rinse water at the spray and pay a few times during the winter and it cleaned off nice..no soap...to harsh from them bays...I would mix 1 ounce of soap with rest water in a 32oz spray bottle and spray the truck...and rinse it off...it held up very good....
