Yes, but something seems funny with those turn signals.

Something also seems odd about the dual headlights?

it is very hard to tell from the picture , but I think it is a 1962, maybe series 62.

I was thinking 63 or 64 but then again I'm no Caddy expert.

62 turn signals should be below the bumper, at least on the devilles.

One or the other but the grille seems modified.

okay I have now been talked into believing it is a 1964, 1965 did not have the fins. I also think it is a series 62 which is why the grill looks funny for a Deville.

65 thru 68 had stacked headlights.

Agree, it's hard to tell without seeing the back as well. It's a 63 or 64.

1963 had a small round turnsignal in the middle of the lense. I would say 64.

True, but 64 signals were concealed behind brightwork carried over from the grille. I still think it could be either with some non stock pieces.
