Hey guys,

I've just finished this 2007 black Mercedes E280, which I've spent the last 4 and a half days on (!). Total of about 20 hours on the polisher alone. The clear coat was the hardest I've ever come across. Yellow LC pad with FG500 and I was still doing 3 or 4 passes on each section - Just insane.

I'm not a photographer by any means, but please enjoy.

Here's some before shots...

As you can see, heavy, heavy marring and a lot of contamination and fallout.

After shots with Opti-Coat applied...

Good work!...

... but 4 days and no 50/50 shots?!? You had an opportunity for some great marketing with that car, should've snapped some more pics :)

Hmmm... I just do this as a hobby on my days off really. I guess I could have got a good 50/50 on the boot lid (trunk lid) as it was the worst. I'm happy enough with the photos I got. I take your point though and I'll keep it in mind for next time. Cheers.
