Hey all! Been lurking around stealing ideas for a while now. Figured I'd break down and register :)
I'm just a regular guy that wants to keep my vehicles looking decent for a while. I've got two kids and a third on the way, so my cars have been slightly neglected. Looks like I'll be keeping the vehicles that we have for at least a few more years, so I wanna preserve them as much as I reasonably can.
My daily driver is a Taffeta White 2004 Honda Accord EX 4D V6 with 146k on it. It's parked outside while my wife's Pearl White 2011 Subaru Forester stays in the garage and gets less than 10k on it each year.
The Outback still looks brand new - just a couple dings on the front bumper.
The Accord needs some work. The paint is pretty dirty. Doesn't have as much shine as I would like it to have. Interior is decent - just normal dirtiness. And it's been a few years, but I think I'm going to get into the engine bay with some cleaner/degreaser soon.
Just recently bought a HFT 6" DA Polisher. Still lurking for pads an products. I'll be lurking some more to get y'all's tips and tricks along the way.
