This is my first post so forgive me if this has been asked before. I couldn't find anything about it when I searched.

I have never used this product, but it seems to get high praise on this forum. I just bought a new ruby red Sonata SE (I know, no trophy car, but I love it!) and want to do a good seal before winter, I live in Minneapolis! I do not currently have a garage, it's being built next spring, will I be able to apply this stuff in my driveway out of direct sun or will doing it outside, assuming there are no strong winds, cause problems? Also, is it a true paint sealant? It's name calls it a "polish/finish" and I have heard some people say it is a paint sealant like Blackfire Wet Diamond and similar products, but I have not been able to confirm this.

I don't own an random orbital buffer so can this stuff be adequately buffed by hand?

Also, can you really use it on glass and plastic trim without problems?

Thanks, this forum is really a great resource.

Mike

Yes you can apply it outside with no issues just stay out of the sun, when using it. Make sure to use thin coats of it, it's very easy to do by hand and buff off by hand, just follow the directions on It, and you will be fine.. I've never used it on glass, but prob be fine... Good luck , maybe post some before and after pics ?

Yes it can be done by hand and it wears like a tank, lasts forever. Stay away from your black plastic trim.

Really!? They say it is ok for all plastic trim. You had trouble, huh? I haven't used it yet so I will take your advice.
