Opti-Lens Flash Time?

Is it just me, or does Opti-Lens take much longer to flash than Opti-Coat 2.0?

Their instructions say 3-5 minutes. I just applied some to my headlights last night and it didn't seem to take too awfully long.

Hitting it with some air will cause it to flash instantly.
