Chemical Guys: Wet Mirror Finish

I finally got to use my Wet Mirror Finish from Chemical Guys (thanks AL-53) on black. I used it w/ the blue Edge pad and the PC on speed 4. It went on very smooth and came off really easy. The truck has some marring, but I wasn’t doing any correction. It seemed to me like the WMF actually hid some of the marring. Not sure about durability. Here are some pictures:

LOL! Thanks for the compliment! I've been crazy busy lately and haven't had anytime to post anything. I've still got a few products to review, but just can't find the time (sorry Meghan).

Looks good Shaby....I am not sure on the durabilty my self...I have it on the roof of the truck...been 4 weeks now and looks good....water still blows off it..and beads nice and has a nice gloss...so its good for 4 weeks anyways...lol...it does shed water nice...

the truck looks real nice for no polishing and just a WMF on it...

Very Nice! It looks like a 350.

doob! I knew that! The owner sells heavy equipment and needs the big boy for hauling. Thanks for the heads up.

I was just messing with you. I'm sure you knew. It's hard not to when it says it on the side of the truck.

I know. I was giving myself a hard time. I tried fixing the title, but wasn't able to get to it. I wish it was a 150. This thing was huge! I wasn't trying to be ugly. Please don't take offense. I should of checked it better before posting.

so was WMF your LSP??

I have been debating between leaving it as the LSP or topping it with a nuba and seeing how that looks.

I used it as the LSP just to see how it last. I should be doing this truck once a month.

Bradley....after we talked and you mentioned the poli seal....I would bet that the combo of poli seal and WMF would be the perfect combo for a quick polish and seal and the customers will be really surprised in the out come...The WMF does have a amazing gloss on finished paint...I even tried it over the menz glaze....and was sick looking...If you apply it by hand you may use way less product also....its fast by hand...really spreads out nice...

Waiting to see the next one you do...keep up the great work my friend...your work is A+ in my books.
