Just wanted to see input, how do you personally correct parts like doors and lower parts when needed ?

I use a Werner 3 foot scaffold that I purchased from Lowes on Black Friday for $17:00. I put is at a starting point and go along each section at a time. This also helps when doing the roof of an SUV or van.

I bought a craftsman mechanics seat with wheels on it. I have seen however, sitting might be better

Oh come on Bill, you're young, sit on the ground. Put a sheet or towel down if you don't want to get dirty. Chairs are for old guys.

Setec, you dont have to put it that way, chairs could be for anybody, Wouldnt you rather use a chair then sit on the ground?

Yeah, but I'm an old guy. If I got on the ground I might not be able to get up.

Trunks, if I sat, I feel like it might be hard to reach it... Im the MAN

I sit to do the lower panels. Sometimes I even lay down. A lift would be nice.

I sit on a pad when doing lower panels for paint correction.

I'm an old guy too and use a solid plastic child's school chair. This thing holds my 200 old body just fine!

Very good idea! You are making me regret my Mechnic's stool purchase now....

I just crawl around on my knees. I've tried knee pads, kneeling pads and what not, but still I find myself down on the knees.

Yea, I pay dearly for it, but (for me) seems to be the only way I can do it (or is that, "Git 'er Done?).

...and yea, I AM OLD!

Personally, I just sit on an upside down wash bucket. Crude but effective IMHO.

I sit when working on wheels or lower parts of a car and even exhaust. When I sit, I'm comfortable so I take my time doing it therefore it gives a better turnout.
