Okay this may not be something new or something people would prefer to do, but I do a lot of interstate and country road driving and of course the front of my car gets covered with bugs. Now if the bugs are fresh I good spray of QD will get them right off, but sometimes I don't always have the time to do it and of course the bugs get dried up and soaked in and normal QD doesn't seem to do anything, so I started using Stoners IG. Just spray a on the bugs, let sit for a few seconds, and you can literally see the dried bugs start to dissolve, and then they wipe off effortlessy. As for IG taking off any wax or sealants, I haven't seen anything, paint still feels just a smooth as before. I say give it a try.

Its real easy to find, its just Stoner Invisble Glass, you can find it anywhere. Mainly used for windows, and by far the best for windows.

I've seen it around a few stores here but they only have the aerosol can (sorry for spelling). I haven't been able to see the pump triget type. Or does it mater which one you use?

I use the aersol spray, it foams up better and clings.

I like to use the Auto Magic Bug wash, diluted 50/50 and I let it sit for a moment and they wash off effortlessly! Or full strength and you can see them dissolve as well.

IG has alcohol in it so it may comprimise some of the wax or sealant.....best to use a dedicated bug cleaner thats surface safe..a good one is the DG bug spray...Ask Shabybreal....I was on the phone with him the other night and he was raving on it....it just melted them ....I keep a 4oz sprayer of it in the truck....its june bug season here and they really splatter on widows and grill...this stuff takes them right off...and does not hurt the finish.....

Another good one is PB Bug Squash 3:1 for the recent smackers.
