I have a 2006 bass tracker and I need to clean the aluminum any ways and products

Aluminum is a hard beast to tackle.
With Aluminum the more time you spend on it the better it will come out. With enough time you can make it shine like Chrome.
So it's about what you expectations are.
You need to post some pics so we can see exactly what your dealing with.

Myself, I acid wash and buff with a wool pad until it's shinny enough for my customers tastes.

Post up some pics so we can see what type of aluminum. My dad used to own one and it had aluminum rails on it that I'm sure a polish like collinite metal wax would take care of just fine.

I take it your an amature?
Here's a link that a "new" detailer did by himself for the first time.
This will give you a good idea of what your asking to accomplish.
I've polished a lot of aluminum to a high shine and it's no easy task.
