What if i don't wax?

So this morning I couldn't sleep and drove the car to one of those 24/7 washing stations. I did a hose less wash, clay, and applied 1 coat of BlackLight and buffed it off, and did a lil detailing with V7... I didn't have time to apply a coat of wax... is that bad?

Blacklight with V7 applied after every wash will easily give you 3 months of protection (V7 keeps adding back layers of protection), so NO...you don't need wax.
