Got some BLACKFIRE Total Polish & Seal
Do I do:
1) wash
2) clay
3) Blackfire
4) wax
Do I need an IPA ? If yes, when do I apply it?

After claying I would 2 bucket wash the car and access correction. If no correction IPA and AIO.

Just curious, what does "AIO" stand for?

IPA not required since TPnS is an AIO, you can wax right after, review here:

No need to do an IPA.. An AIO is cleaning and polishing and sealing the paint so there is no need to follow up with wax. But you can top it if you want.
