Ok, guys. I did a quick search to see if there was any info on the subject but didn't find much. I know most of you probably already know about these seats, and what a pain they can be to get clean, but I figured since you guys have taught me so much I might as well give back a little to those who might not have dealt with these "microfiber" seats.

By the way the truck is my own personal vehicle that I tote around dirty motorcycle parts, and all sorts of other ridiculousness. I try to avoid getting the seats wet, but hey it happens.

Ok, so this is a pretty nasty passenger seat girlfriend spilled chocolate milk on it about two days prior.

Here's the rear seats, again pretty gross had some oily engine parts from my bike back there and they soaked through the towel I had down.

1. So first what I did was vacuum out the entire truck carpets and all pretty standard stuff.

2. Next I had to tackle the seats first I took some Folex and misted it over the entire area I was working with and let it dwell for about a minute. Then took a clean microfiber towel and agitated the Folex into the fabric.

3. Next I again misted the area this time with distilled water and followed it up immediately with the next step.

4. Then I went back with my Bissell LGM and sucked out all the gross stuff that was hanging around. I also found what worked well on heavily soiled areas is to spray some Folex right on the area and agitate it in with my fingers and immediately come back with the LGM.

Here are the results:
