Gray B pillar fabric dirty

How do you tackle the fabric on the b pillar from someone who always rides with the window rolled down?

got several years of road dirt on mine.

I should've sprayed scotchguard when I bought it.

I use Folex works great use a towel to clean with or steam cleaner if you have one.
