Rainy morning here in Rochester. Drove about 8 miles to work in the pouring rain and going through deep puddles with rain splashing up to the side windows. Car was washed 3 days ago so it was still relatively clean. Thought for sure there would be dirt, rain and water spots stuck to every inch of the car when I got out of work since the weather cleared up and was now sunny.
It looked as if it was never driven!!! I'M AMAZED.
It has to be because of the Finish Kare 1016 because when I washed with DP Auto Bath last time and it rained (Saturday) there was dirt and water stuck all over.
Not sure if anything will be noticeable in the pictures I attach- I wish the sun was out more too... (not a good photographer and used an iPhone) but if this is how FK always performs, I will be buying in gallons! [FWIW I didn't quite use 2 oz per gallon either. I used about 2 oz total for about 3 gallons.]
The Cr-V is only a month old and about three weeks ago I cleaned it up from the delivery detail. I was pleasantly surprised the paint was still in great condition- only required a light polish. The goal wasn't perfection since it is a daily driver which I plan on keeping for many years so I will try to be as conservative as possible on polishing.
