I did my first price match of a specific item in my order..
I used the comments box to their exact requirements ...

I was skeptical at anything that is done in this matter as per some of my prior experiences and the run-around you get to fix it..

Anyway, my order went through for $115 , but I knew that I should get $15 off..
I saw my "pending charge" go on my credit card card for $115 ..

OH NO here we go again.....
but several hours later , before I blew my top , the "pending charge" was changed to $100

KUDOS to a well oiled operation at all ends!!!!

When you place your order online your credit card is going to be "authorized" to make sure you are who you say you are and you have the funds. Once we go in and make a charge that authorization will change to a charge and that is when you will see the updated amount if we make any changes. Kind of like when you see "pending" on your bank account, and then it clears to a charge.
We try to keep it simple for you, if you leave a note we do our best to take care of you as fast as we can! We appreciate all of your business.
