Hey fellow Geeks!
I have a question for the more seasoned detailers. What's the best technique or product to use to get all of the discoloration, dirt, stains, wax, etc from between the vehicle emblems. I know I can remove them, but that's obviously not wanted.

Q-Tips

Use an all purpose cleaner (APC) on the cotton then attack the tiny stuff. I have some pad conditioner that also works well for 'residue.'

Auto finesse citrus and a small boars hair brush. This combo is very good. Or diluted apc with the same brush.

I use a small sponge paint brush, it's soft so no worries.
You can really work the product in.

I saw the recommendation here on AutoGeekOnline but have yet to try it. Cut your old polishing pads into small triangles to get in between the cracks and crevices.
