Today I got a small bottle of Meguiars 105 & 205 so I thought I would try them out and see what the hype is about!
I wasn't sure what to expect as far as results, but since the test panel was on a thrashed box side of a 2004 Chevy Colorado, that had never seen a coat of wax, I didn't care about the result too much.
I was using a GG 6" RO I started at a speed of "3" but not too long in I bumped it to "4"
I used an orange Buff & Shine flat pad with the 105 and a white Buff & Shine flat pad with the 205
The goal of this was to try out and get the feel for these products, not to make a show car finish

I used a spray of the baby oil to prime the pad because I had read that it extends the working time and I used the beer to drink.
The baby oil did extend the working time very well.
The 105 is rated as a "12" for aggressiveness, but I found I had to slow my arm rate to an uncomfortable pace to get decent "bite" I also noticed it doesn't heat up much at all.

Overall I think with some getting used to I could see this being an easy "go-to" combo
I would like to try it on a less thrashed vehicle so the "after" pics don't still look like S**t
If anyone has some pointers for using this combo please comment!!!
