Here in Nebraska we have only a few choices for detailing supplies. The suppliers here do not have the majority of the products available here, that's why I'm here!
I have two four wheel drive trucks, a GMC suburban and a Chevy pickup, and a pair of MINI Coopers. One of the MINIs is a 2006 MINI Cooper S John Cooper Works GP, #1650. I enjoy doing a few car shows with the GP, and the other MINI is a daily driver. The suburban sees duty hauling my three Great Danes around, and the pickup is a work/plow truck. I'm a member of a few MINI Cooper clubs around the USA and I attend a few national and regional MINI events every year.
I have been using products made locally in Omaha NE from a company called Zotwave. I saw some professional show cars touring a midwest spring car show circuit that used Zotwave products about 3-4 years ago, and since they are local I started using their detailing products. Then I started to show the GP. Wasn't happy with my results, started talking to other folks who show their cars, listening for tips, advice, brands, methods, etc. Which led me to AutoGeek...which caused me to order a few products, then more stuff...and more stuff....and now here I am in the forums.
I'm a big fan of Dodo Juice waxes, and I'm starting to like Detailer's Pro items. Going to take the plunge this month and order up a Porter Cable buffer.
Thanks for all the information posted here in the forums!
